Amy Meadows is the Campaign Director for Mind Out for Mental Health, the Department of Health for England and Wales’ campaign to tackle stigma and discrimination. 

Amy is an Associate Director at the Forster Company, a communications company that specialises in quality of life issues.  She has extensive project management experience with specific expertise in gender, development and public health issues. 

Mind Out for Mental Health is delivered in partnership with a range of statutory authorities, voluntary groups and membership organisations.  Its aim is to educate the general public about mental health problems and to stop the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health.  The campaign targets the public at large specifically employers, the media and young people. 

Mind Out for Mental Health has launched a programme Read the Signs which targets young people to open their minds about mental health issues.
